  1. What is your delivery time?
    We aim to process your order within one business day. Delivery times may vary depending on location so please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
  2. What are the delivery costs for online orders?
    Delivery costs will be $9.95 for orders under $100 and free for orders over $100.
  3. How is my order going to be delivered?
    We use Australia Post for our deliveries.
  4. How can I check the status of my order?

  5. How do I cancel an order?
    If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by email marketing@store.com.au, remember we aim to ship your order within one business day.
  6. Can I get a delivery abroad?
    We can only deliver within Australia, sorry.

Returns/Refund Policy:

We will exchange or refund goods if faulty or if for any reason the product is unsuitable and is still in saleable condition.

You can return or exchange goods at our Hoppers Crossing store. If that is not suitable, please contactus on by using the Contact form here or via email at marketing@store.com.au
